普洱茶的等级分类

普洱茶可按高、中、低档分等级。茶叶采摘时,叶和芽同时采,一般从茶树枝条的尖往下采摘到第三叶:一叶一芽的采一芽、二叶一芽的采一叶一芽、三叶一芽的采二叶一芽。分级时,级别高的芽多,级别低的叶多梗多。

  1、高档次茶如:金瓜贡茶、宫廷、礼茶、特级。

  2、中档次茶如:一级、三级砖茶,沱茶、一级到五级散茶。

  3、低档次茶:低等级是七到十级的散茶。

探索普洱茶的秘密之茶山篇

  千人千嘴,每个人的喜好都不同,有人喜爱霸气,有人喜爱香甜。很多人纠结在哪个山头茶好喝上,其实根据自己喜好,再根据山头特点就不难选择了,下面给大家讲一下新六大茶山和古六大茶山的主要特点:


       古六大茶山

  革登山:属乔木中小叶种,苦涩味偏重,回甘猛、生津快,香气呈淡清香,汤色深桔黄。

  莽枝山:属乔木中小叶种,苦涩偏重,回甘猛、生津快,香气较淡,汤色深桔黄。现今已没落,茶山图片难寻。

 

  倚邦山:属乔木小叶种,回甘快、生津较好,香气若幽似兰,汤色深桔黄。历史上著名的清宫贡茶多出自此山。

 

  蛮砖山:属乔木大叶种,较苦涩,回甘强烈、生津好,香气呈梅子香,汤色深黄。在历史上有喝蛮砖看倚邦一说。

 

  曼撒山(易武山):属乔木大叶种,微苦涩,汤香水柔,在梅子香、蜜香中透着一股幽澜香,谷雨前后所采芽茶味淡香入荷,回甘强烈生津好,易武正山历史上就是闻名中外的茶山。

 

  攸乐山:属乔木大叶种,苦涩重,回甘快、生津好,香气一般,汤色淡桔黄。目前上述六大茶山的产茶量已渐少,产茶重心已移至新六大茶山(江外六大茶山)

 

  新六大茶山

  南糯山:属乔木大叶种,微苦涩,回甘、生津好,汤色桔黄、透亮。透着蜜香、澜香,谷花茶淡香如荷。历史上是闻名遐迩的古茶山,至今仍存活着一株已逾千年的栽培型的茶王树。

 

  布朗山:属乔木大叶种,较苦涩,回甘快、生津强,汤色桔黄透亮。香气独特,有梅子香、花蜜香、兰香,是很多中外客商和普洱茶爱好者梦寐以求的收藏佳品。

 

  巴达山:属乔木大叶种,这里生长着成片的栽培型茶树和野生茶树林。贺松村大黑山上就生长着一株1800年的野生型茶王树。此山茶叶味苦涩,回甘、生津快,汤色桔黄晶莹、透亮,条索墨绿油亮。香气好,有梅子香、蜜香。

 

  南峤(勐遮)茶山:属乔木中叶种,乔木茶树不成林(片),灌木居多,口感薄甜,汤色深桔黄,香气一般,茶叶等级低。

 

  勐宋茶山(勐海区域):属乔木中叶种,乔木茶树不成林(片),灌木居多,口感苦涩,微回甘、生津一般,汤色深黄,条索墨黑。

 

  景迈山:属乔木大叶种,十二大茶山中乔木树最大的一片集中在这里,号称“万亩乔木古茶园”。苦涩重、回甘生津强,汤色桔黄剔透。这里的乔木茶树上还生长着一种寄生物俗称“螃蟹脚”,可消炎怯痰、对治疗胃病和糖尿病较有效。(说明:景迈茶山属普洱区,因划归新六大茶山,故排在版纳区内)

  以上便是新老六大茶山的区别,各位茶友可以根据自己爱好选择山头,但是我们必须要知道,好茶一定是源自好生态和好工艺,这一直是我们选择茶叶不变的标准,少听故事少上当,多学习才能喝到正宗好茶。

刮风寨古树普洱茶的特点

  刮风寨古树茶(气,香,味,韵)都具有,基本代表了好普洱茶的高标准。有的茶友说茶气足,是指苦味,这是不可接受,也是片面的。气,更应该体现在内,就是喝下茶后整个身体感觉有点微热,当然不是全部都有。无法用一个科学数据来衡量。

  以上所言,只是茶气的”外气“,刮风寨更为迷人之处在于“内气”,内气者,不是以口鼻欣赏,而是以身体感知。这一点,练气功者、中医、出家人和不嗜荤腥的最容易感受,普洱茶归肺经脾经,品饮时,丹田手足微微生热发汗,甚至有如练气功时得气的感觉;某种程度上,普洱茶真正迷人之处,在于内气;而内气,由于每个人的身体条件不同,感受的程度也不尽一样,但对内气的深入探讨,似乎从中医理论更能解释清楚。

 

  特点:甜醇中含天然浓郁的蜜香,柔滑细腻中藏着强劲却内敛的茶气,苦涩而含蓄,喉韵绵延悠长。尤以后期变化之美见长,新茶初品甜味当先,喉韵深,香气足,后期变化汤水厚实,滋味饱满,苦底和涩味退去,陈香之韵渐出。

得益于1855年法国《波尔多酒庄分级》和1935年INAO正式实行的AOC法规(2009年之后改为AOP),葡萄酒成为法国经济的支柱产业,与时尚奢侈品、艺术品共同演绎着令人向往的法式浪漫。法国是葡萄酒法规的先驱,追求卓越、精益求精的精神,是他们至臻完善AOC法规,至今仍孜孜不倦,才使法国稳坐葡萄酒霸主的地位,同时成就了全球葡萄酒产业。

French is the major wine producer, and French wine ranges the top quality as well. Thanks to the Bordeaux Classification formed in 1855 and the AOC classification established in 1935(AOP in 2009), French wine reaches its great prosperity and its stable leadership in the world.

Pu-erh tea has a long history, reached its heyday in Qing dynasty, and is blooming now in modern time. Both pu-erh tea and wine are similar magically, own the charms like getting better with age, cultural heritage, terroir, aesthetics,etc. However, pu-erh tea market is irregular due to the lack of practical standards and efficient supervisor,the label tells nothing real but misguiding information in early stage.

行业呼吁学习西方葡萄酒的原产地保护法规和品牌推广案例,因此,有了2016年12月普洱市政府与法国波尔多波美侯共同举办的《茶与葡萄酒的文明碰撞》大型展览,也有了2017年和2018年勐海连续举办的《普洱茶对话葡萄酒》论坛,以及2017年5月《普洱杂志》的推出的《左手普洱茶,右手葡萄酒》主题月刊。

Quand les civilisations du thé et du vin se rejoignent ? successfully, Menghai city organized such forum between wine and tea in 2017 and 2018 as well, PU-ERH Magazine lunched the special edition of Left Pu-erh tea, Right Wine in May, 2017.

DiscoverCha葡言茶语诞生于2013年5月,中西合璧,传播优秀云南普洱茶文化,弘扬法国浪漫葡萄酒风情。创始人(钟梅女士)硕本连读,毕业于华中农业大学茶学专业,多年就职茶企,从事培训教育、茶文化传播工作;2015从业法国葡萄酒,致力于普洱茶与葡萄酒的文化交流,专业、敬业、热情, 是中国茶和法国葡萄酒文化交流的传播者和践行者。

Discover Cha, established in 2015, aims to promote Yunnan tea culture and French wine culture. Ms Mabol Mei Zhong, The founder of Discover Cha, majored in tea science for undergraduate as well as postgraduate. She has worked on marketing tea cultures and devoted her enthusiasm to tea training for years. In 2015 she has indulged in French wine, and is working on the project of cultural exchange between pu-erh tea and French wine since then.

02 昆明法语联盟Kunming Alliance Fran?aise

昆明法语联盟是法语联盟在中国开设的第16个校址。法语联盟是以积极创新为理念建立的非赢利性机构,机构宗旨是给学员提供优质的教学体验,同时每年会举办大约350场高水准文化活动来丰富学生的文化生活。昆明法语联盟以教学授课为主,同时也面向所有人给大家创建一个文化交流的平台。昆明法语联盟携手名校云南大学,在云南大学翠湖和呈贡校区,共同为社会各界人士提供法语培训及丰富多彩的文化活动。

03 六山贺开古茶庄园 Hekai Ancient Tea Estate

贺开古茶庄园,由云南六大茶山茶业股份有限公司控股成立,位于西双版纳州勐海县东南部,怒江山脉南延余脉部贺开古茶山,拥有栽培型的古茶园面积16200多亩,与当地拉祜族世代生生相惜,构成了一幅“茶在林中、寨在茶园”的人与自然和谐的古茶园景观。“万亩古茶园、干年古茶树、百岁采茶人”成为贺开古茶园一道亮丽的风景,一幅自然的人文景观。贺开古茶庄园集天时地利人和之利,正积极努力建设成普洱茶庄园的示范经济。

Hekai Ancient Tea Estate, attached to Six-Famous-Tea-Mountain, originates in Hekai ancient tea plantations with an area of 16,200 mu. It is a comprehensive tea processing factories, tea celler,tea museum and tea truism. Integrated in abundant resources, it aims to lead the pu-erh manorial economy.

04 杰曦法国黑酒Jiexi French Wine

《普洱》杂志是一本以普洱茶为主体的茶饮文化、茶科学、茶健康的时尚类杂志,是中国普洱茶唯一专业杂志。创刊十余载,影响着普洱茶行业的未来。

Pu-erh Journal is an influential magazine focusing on pu-erh tea, Yunnan tea, tea culture, tea science, etc, leading the trend of pu-erh tea industry.
